"You have to promise me though that what I am about to tell you,you CANNOT tell to anyone else. No one can know what I am about to say..." Penelope nodded. "You have my word." she said, "And I sware that I'll not say a word to anyone, I promise." "I'm a vampire..." Penelope didn't know what to say at first. "Okay," she said, "What is it really?" She throught he was joking with her.

Federico turned away and shook his head as he replied,"I wish I was lying to you about that." Federico then sighed heavily. "It's the truth,Penelope. I'm full bred vampire--I have been for many years--what you saw was no lie. I can run faster than any normal human can and if you touched my hand,you would find that it's cold...."Federico then held his hand out and asked her to touch his skin.

"I wish I was lying to you about that." Penelope took half a step closer to Federico. "Federico..." she started but he continued. "It's the truth,Penelope. I'm full bred vampire--I have been for many years--what you saw was no lie." If he was a vampire, why didn't she feel scared? She felt something else...love. Penelope Gabor was falling fast and hard for Federico Desiderio. "I can run faster than any normal human can and if you touched my hand,you would find that it's cold...." He held his hand out to her. Penelope placed her hand in his. It was cold, like he'd been holding his hand in some ice cold water. "I don't care..." she said softly, looking into his eyes. Without thinking, Penelope Gabor wrapped her arms around Federico Desidario's neck, holding him close to her, and she softly kissed his lips, unsure to how he'd react to her forwardness.

She didn't care? She didn't care that he was a monster? That he could want her blood at any second? That he was fighting the urge to drink her blood. Federico looked to her and said,"Penelope...I don't..."but before he could say anything,Penelope pratically rushed to kiss him. They only just met. As much as he wanted pull away,he couldn't help but feel something toward Penny and it wasn't regular feelings--could it possibly be love? Federico didn't pull away--he only kissed her back for a few moment but he slowly pulled away and replied,"Penelope,you...I..we only just met."

"Penelope...I don't..." That was all that Penelope heard come out of Federico before she kissed him. She did it without thinking. She did it purely on instinct. This was one of the first times she'd kissed a boy, outside a school play.When she pulled away slowly, she looked into the handsome face of Federico, her arms remained around his neck. "Penelope,you...I..we only just met." She looked down shyly. "I know...." she said whispered against his lips, "But..." She couldn't get it out. She had to say she was already falling for him but for some reason she couldn't at that moment.

He had not felt love in a long time---and he somewhat could feel protective towards her and knew he could not stop himself when he said."But that does not mean I am mad at you..."Federcio then placed his hand on the side of Penny's face and kissed her.

"But..." Penelope's down cast brown eyes looked back into Federico's eyes. "But that does not mean I am mad at you..." She was surprised when he said that and a bit more surprised when he placed his hand on her cheek and kissed her again. She kissed him back softly. It was honestly her first real kiss and she wanted it to be perfect. She slowly pulled back. "I know we've just met but..." she said. She bit her lip. Could she tell him so soon? She'd already kissed him... "I'm falling for you, Federico Desiderio...." she stroked his cheek softly, "Fast and hard, I'm falling in love with you..." She looked down shyly.

As he heard those words,Federico knew that if he had a heart,he knew it would have died within that moment but he just looked into her eyes and he whispered," Believe it or not...I feel the same way...watching those...those other vampires want you...want your blood--it made me want to protect you...I have never known love in so many years but with you...I think I can find it again.." Federico then kissed her lightly.

"Believe it or not...I feel the same way..." Penelope couldn''t believe what she was hearing. Federico Desiderio felt the same way about her? Was this a wonderful dream? If it was, she never wanted to wake up from it. "watching those...those other vampires want you...want your blood--it made me want to protect you..." Penelope smiled softly, "I'm glad ya did." she whispered against his lips, "If not, I would be able to be with ya now." "I have never known love in so many years but with you...I think I can find it again.." She looked down shyly. "I've never known love like this before..." she smiled softly. "I love you, Federico Desiderio." she whispered against his lips, "More than I have ever loved anyone before."

Federico knew he had been married before but even he knew that the relationship had not been any love especially since she turned him and left...left him for another man. The woman was proably dead,thank god. But Federico knew what he felt for Penny was growing to become more. Federico then whispered to her,"I love you too,Penny...this is most certainly true." Federico then kissed her again,his hand never leaving the side of her cheek.

Penelope Gabor had never been in love before. This was the first time she had ever felt that way about a guy before. She knew she should have been afraid of him but she wasn't, mainly because she loved him. She loved him already...even if she had just met him. She smiled softly as she looked into his eyes. He wasn't much taller than she was. "I love you too,Penny...this is most certainly true." No one had said they loved her in a long time, as she lost her mother as a child and her father not to long ago but she knew with Federico it was a different kind of love, true, passionate love. She kissed him again, her arms still wrapped around his neck, holding him to her.

Federico knew they only just met and yet...he could feel so much for her. If he had a heart beating,it would have flown out of his chest and he would have literally died. He had not known love in so long and now his love was Penelope. He knew this now and he would not want it in any other way. Federico kissed Penny still but he released the kiss and leaned his forehead against hers," You love a vampire,you know that..you're not afraid?"

Penelope smiled within the current kiss she shared with Federico. She couldn't believe it. She was in love with the most handsome guy she'd ever seen and he loved her back. She couldn't believe it. It felt like a dream, a wonderful dream she never wanted to wake up from. As she slowly pulled back from the kiss because she needed to breathe, a light smile played on her lips. She leaned her forehead against Federico's. "You love a vampire,you know that.." "Yes," she said, "I know.". "you're not afraid?" "No." she whispered against his kiss and pulled him in for another kiss that was more passionate then the last one.
