The Demeanor
Overall Personality: Cynthia is a solitary person by nature. While oftentimes she thinks it would be nice to have a man with her, someone to share her life with and help raise Gabby, she’s managed well enough on her own for the past 5 years. She has few friends, having come to be rather socially awkward over the years. Conversation is often hard for her outside of work, especially with men. She’s not quick to trust them, especially after being so hurt by Aaron’s behavior. She doesn’t interact with people much outside of the school, aside from Gabrielle, of course. Her daughter is her world.
Despite her seemingly cold exterior, Cynthia is a true romantic at heart. The fact that she’s living alone raising her child often causes bouts of loneliness, as well as some feelings of grief. Things had been going well between herself and Aaron, she couldn’t understand why something like having a child would scare him off. Surely he’d want children once they were married? Regardless, she dreams of one day finding a man to love and care for her, as well as Gabby. She’s slowly getting tired of her solitude, and is starting to pay attention to the men in town, considering jumping back into the dating pool.
What is your character's deepest secret? Has a constant fear of something happening to her daughter.
What is your character's strongest desire? To find a man she can settle down with and give Gabby a father figure.
