Darcy strolled through the wood it seemed to be a reoccurring thing he was getting to know the area quite well. He would be fine here he could tell cloudy weather practically all the time plenty of naive humans what more could he ask for. Darcy wore his usual attire a white button down shirt with a darling scarf and black pants. Shockingly he had no jacket had left it behind in the forest a little way he hadn’t wanted to ruin it. Darcy had his usual swagger to him he was always confident in any situation that it was called for but he knew when to back down.
Darcy eyes fell upon a little cottage a few yards away from him it was odd. The building stood out in the middle of the woods there wasn’t really anything else around it. Just a small quaint cottage in the middle of the forest such an odd thing in Darcy’s opinion. A smug smirk came across his face as he walked towards it sensing if anyone was in it. Surly no human would be dumb enough to place a cottage in the middle of a forest well there was only one way to find out. A plus was if no one lived there he might just have found a new place to stay for the time being but he found that highly unlikely.
Somone had to inhibit it but whatever it was wasn't human he was guessing had he finally found someone of his kind in this small town. Wouldn't that be interesting would they like him here or better yet would he like it here now that he knew he wasn't the only vampire. Only time would tell Darcy had become a bit of a Nomad after all turning down the Volutir not wanting to follw a controlling covens rules would this beast ever be tamed. He laughed at the thought and shook his head. H e would settle someday bt he had an eturnity to live.

Nessie was sprawled out in the living room, various bits of homework scattered around her ass he dozed. Having just been through high school a few years ago, she remembered most of what she learned, so the homework took half the time it usually did. In fact, school was almost boring, as far as academics went. She showed up each day to keep up the charade wit hehr family and interact with her friends. The courses taught the same thing each year, and if she'd already learned it, why bother paying attention? It wasn't as if it were required to keep her grades up.
Sighing quietly, she turned onto her side, freezing when she saw a figure through the window. What the... ? she thought, body tense and on full alert. Humans never came this far out of town, and they hadn't noticed any newer vampires this year. It wasn't anyone she recognized from the reservation, so who the hell was it? Never taking her eyes from the figure, she sat up as he drew closer, heart pounding. It figures. The one time she assures her parents she'll be fine by herself if they go hunt, and some random person shows up outside the house looking like he's thinking of moving in. Gah, Dad's gonna freak.
Nessie grew a little more panicky as he crept closer. Okay, okay, just breathe. It'll be fine, ran through her head robotically as she carefully rose to her feet, creeping into the kitchen. She picked up a steak knife and held it behind her back, heading back for the door. It was stupid, but maybe if she opened the door or showed signs of life, the guy would go away. Keeping the knife gripped firmly in her left hand, she pulled the door open with her right, poking her head out to glance around as if having heard someone knock.

Darcy's bright eyes took in the place a hint of disappointment went through him. It was lived in he could hear a heartbeat inside the building. A human lived here that just ruined his view of the place. As if reinforcing his fears a girl opened the door sticking her head out. So much for his vampire theory working out. But then he go a whiff of the air a smile coming back across his face. This place reeked of vampires so some had to be around. Maybe the girl was human and knew about them who knew but he was going to find out he just hope his curiousity didn't kill the cat.
Darcy shoved his hands in his pockets and walked up to the cottage nonchalantly. Mine as well be friendly and go to the front door and knock. Being civil would be appriciated hopefully and it didn't seem live anyone else was in the house at the moment just from what he could make out of it. No other scents seemed to be there just fresh ones of some leaving he was sure he'd be back then things would be interesting.
Darcy was curious as to if the girl had spotted him. He pulled a hand out of his pocket and knocked on the front door. He wasn't really worried about any touble Darcy rarely had issues with people it was his natural charisma or his power of complusion he tried not to use it often but it was handy on getting out of interesting situations.

Nessie paced a little in the front room, careful not to trample over her homework. Okay, so someone was definitely outside the cottage, and was certainly more interested now than he had been before. But who was it, and why was her house so interesting? Really, most people didn't have any idea it was here, thinking all the Cullens holed up in the manor up the hill. So how did this person find it? And why was he looking at it like it was something to eat? Seriously, it was creepy.
Needless to say, she jumped a good six inches in the air when the knock on the door sounded, squealing. It was lucky she didn't jab herself with the knife that was still held in her hand. Waiting until her pulse settled to a normal rate, she headed for the door, tucking the knife behind her back. Paranoid? Maybe, but it was better to be safe than sorry. She kept herself as hidden as she could get away with without being rude as she opened the door, sticking her head out. "Can I help you?"

Darcy looked the girl over she seemed to being in her late teens early twenties but he couldn't be completly sure. He could here her heartbeat evenly but up close something was different but he couldn't place it. There was something about this girl but her pushed his thoughts aside as she asked if she could help him. Might as well play it off. " Yes Hi I'm William but you can call me Darcy. He said flashing her a charming smile. "I'm new in town and as you can see very very lost." he said motioning around to the woods. Which wasn't a lie but if he really wanted to her was sure he could find his way out of the forrest.
But that was beside the point he wasn't here to find a way out no not at all. "It a charming cottage you have here what it is doing out here in the middle of...now where presumably?" he asked being social in a way also trying to learn a bit about the young lady. He didnt think she lived alone but you could never be sure. If she did well then things could be interesting but he figured probably not from the other scents laced around the place. The only thing that confused them where they weren't human and this girl was in his opinion. A mystery for him to find out which he figured would be to hard for him hopefully.

Nessie shifted uncomfortably as the man looked her over, wishing there were someone here with her. Particularly either her father or Jacob. Someone to tell the guy she was too young and not interested, back off. She didn't have the guts to do so on her own. Instead, she was here by herself, probably not strong enough to fight this man off if he were to decide he wanted to entertain himself. She could tell he was a vampire, even without the bright red hinting behind the contacts he wore. The smell alerted her, and being half herself she could sense those of her kind.
"Nice to meet you Darcy," she replied, a little confused. Did all attackers greet their victims so nicely? Don't be stupid, Nessie. He's probably trying to get you to let your guard down. She nodded a little at his comment, unable to keep from chuckling weakly. "Yeah, there's not much to see out here but trees. Locals don't even wander this far, let alone newcomers and tourists." Why tourists came to Forks, she'd never understand. What was so interesting here? The ties for her were obvious, but even her family was starting to grow bored of the place.
"Um, thanks," was the awkward response to the comment about the cottage. "I live here with my parents, the rest of our family lives in the manor up the hill," she added, motioning in the direction of the larger house. "It was given to them as a wedding present by the family," was tacked on as an explanation, wondering why the hell he was so interested in why the house was where it was. What difference did it make? He was there and he was trespassing, and her Dad was liable to flip if he were to come home now and see this.

Darcy ran a hand through his dark hair messing it up more then anything but he knew it would simply fall back into place. He couldn't figure this girl out obviously he no longer had any plan to take the house since it had residence of it's own. Usually that wouldn't affect him but since he picked up on other vampires scent he didn't want to step on toes. It could be someone else territory. Darcy was actually rather curious to met a new coven he would be careful not to piss them off unless he had a good reason.
Darcy noticed though he had been quite polite and given there girl his name she had not given her. This troubled him she seemed a little on the edgy side he once again considered his power but quickly shoved the thoughts aside he would just use his natural charisma. "Is it to presumptuous to ask your name?" he said softly. She seemed on edge whihc was odd most human where rather comfortable when they first met him even if it was like this. something had to have happened to in these woods or something atleast that was the conclusion he came to.
"Very cute house, cottage I mean I would love to live in something like this someday." he said lightly not meaning her house exactly he would hate to impose. "Sorry to be bothersome but I'm quite curious about this town and certain people who live in it." he said smiling at her maybe she might have the answer as to where these vampire lived whose scents he kept picking up. "How long has your family lived here?" he asked curiously.

"Oh, right. Sorry. I'm Renesmee," she replied, giving the man her full name instead of her nickname. It wasn't that she was scared or anything, just a little ill at ease around him. Couldn't explain why. Maybe it was the fact that it was a nomad vampire and her parents were nowhere to be seen. She'd heard too many stories about wandering vampires to be comfortable around them. Bits of stories of what had happened between her mother and James kept running through her head, which didn't help the situation at all.
"Thanks. I'm pretty sure it was a gift from the rest of the family after they were married." She shifted her weight to her other foot, her left hip leaning against the doorframe. "You're not bothersome," she replied. "Would you like to come in?" Her parents were liable to kill her for this, but she felt weird with him just standing on the doorstep. "And my family's been here for years. I've lived here as far back as I can remember." Of course, she was blowing their cover to bits, but she could tell that he was a vampire. Maybe it wouldn't matter?
